Massage
1) Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massages are performed in a clinical setting rather than at a spa, unlike relaxation massages. The goal of a therapeutic massage is to treat a health issue, rather than simply helping you to relax. Therapist will perform an assessment to discover the causes of your pain , get to the root of the problem. It is intended to treat musculoskeletal pain and sports injury such as headaches, Frozen shoulder, muscle strain, ankle sprain, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome,Sciatica and so on.
2) Osteopathic massage
Osteopathic massage combines Oriental ultra-light bone-setting techniques with methods that release muscle and fascia, taking a holistic approach to musculoskeletal alignment. This massage focuses on restoring both muscle and bone structures to their natural, balanced state. Unlike conventional massage or Western chiropractic methods, osteopathic massage follows the principle of 'the hand moves with the heart, and the bone follows the intention.' It uses gentle pressure and slow, deliberate movements to realign and restore misaligned musculoskeletal structures. This method not only treats common orthopedic pain but also addresses disorders related to bone misalignment, such as neurological and visceral conditions, while also improving posture."
3) Tuina Massage
Tuina massage is a traditional Chinese form of massage. Tuina can help treat and alleviate various musculoskeletal and joint-related conditions. Particularly the following:
1, Frozen shoulder
2, Lumbar Disc Herniation
3, Osteoarthritis

4) Facial Sculpting Massage
Facial Sculpting Massage is a non-invasive facial treatment that combines principles of osteopathy with advanced massage techniques to sculpt and tone the face. It focuses on gently manipulating the facial muscles, tissues, and underlying bone structure to promote a more youthful, lifted, and toned appearance. This technique aims to release tension, improve circulation, and enhance lymphatic drainage, all of which contribute to a rejuvenated and refreshed look.
Key features of Facial Sculpting Massage:
• Bone structure alignment: The technique involves subtle manipulations of the facial bones and soft tissues to enhance the natural contours of the face, giving it a more sculpted appearance.
• Lymphatic drainage: The massage helps reduce puffiness by stimulating lymphatic flow, which removes toxins and excess fluid from the face.
• Improved circulation: Increased blood flow to the skin enhances oxygen delivery and promotes a healthy glow.
• Relaxation and tension release: It targets areas of tension, such as the jaw and forehead, which can contribute to fine lines and wrinkles.
• Natural facelift effect: Regular treatments can lead to firmer, tighter skin with a more defined facial contour without the need for surgery or injectables.
5) Prenatal & Postpartum Massage
Prenatal massage and postpartum massage are specialized forms of therapeutic massage designed to support women during and after pregnancy, each focusing on different needs and benefits.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is a form of therapeutic bodywork specifically tailored to the needs of pregnant women. It aims to reduce pregnancy-related discomfort, improve circulation, and promote relaxation during pregnancy.
Key benefits:
• Relief from back pain
• Reduced swelling
• Stress relief
• Reduced muscle tension
• Improved sleep
Prenatal massage is generally done with the mother lying on her side or with special pillows to ensure comfort and safety, avoiding pressure on the abdomen.
Postpartum Massage
Postpartum massage is designed to help new mothers recover from childbirth. It focuses on relieving physical strain from labor and delivery, as well as supporting emotional and physical well-being during the postnatal period.
Key benefits:
• Pain relief
• Hormonal balance
• Improved circulation and healing
• Body realignment
• Stress reduction and relaxation
Both prenatal and postpartum massages are designed with the safety and comfort of the mother in mind, and therapists are trained to adapt their techniques to the unique needs of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
6) Clinical Breast Massage
Clinical breast massage is a specialized therapeutic massage technique focused on the breast area to address medical or health-related conditions. It is performed by licensed therapists who have been trained in this specific practice.
Key purposes and benefits of clinical breast massage:
• Post-surgery recovery: After breast surgeries (such as mastectomy, lumpectomy, or augmentation), clinical breast massage can help reduce scar tissue formation, soften scars, and promote tissue healing.
• Lymphedema management: For women who experience swelling due to the removal of lymph nodes (as with some breast cancer treatments), clinical breast massage can help stimulate lymphatic drainage, reducing fluid buildup and swelling.
• Postpartum breast massage is a therapeutic technique aimed at addressing common breastfeeding issues such as breast engorgement, blocked milk ducts, and increasing breast milk production. This type of massage is particularly beneficial for nursing mothers to promote breast health, improve milk flow, and reduce discomfort.
Clinical breast massage is performed with respect and sensitivity to the client’s comfort and boundaries. Our Therapists are typically trained in specialized techniques to avoid discomfort or injury.
7) Pelvic & Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
The pelvis is a bowl-shaped bone structure that connects the spine to the lower limbs, housing essential reproductive organs such as the uterus and ovaries in women.
The pelvic floor refers to the group of muscles forming the base of the pelvis. The pelvic floor muscles, functioning like a spring, connect the pubic bone to the coccyx. They control essential physiological functions such as urination, bowel movements, and vaginal tightness through contraction and relaxation.
During pregnancy, as the baby grows, the pelvis undergoes significant changes. In the later stages of pregnancy, the fetus moves down into the pelvis in preparation for birth, causing the pelvis to widen, the pubic symphysis to separate, and often resulting in pubic pain, a common complaint in late pregnancy.
During vaginal delivery, the pelvis serves as the bony birth canal. The strain of childbirth can damage ligaments, cause pelvic widening, and lead to postpartum issues such as pelvic instability and misalignment.
From an aesthetic perspective, postpartum mothers often notice wider hips, difficulty fitting into pre-pregnancy clothing, leg length discrepancies, protruding abdomens, and larger hips, all affecting body shape and confidence. From a health perspective, poor postpartum pelvic recovery can result in issues such as pubic pain, lower back pain, abdominal discomfort, uterine prolapse, vaginal laxity, and urinary incontinence. The pelvic floor muscles also lose elasticity due to the increasing pressure from the growing uterus during pregnancy, leading to organ displacement or even prolapse, with corresponding functional impairments. For instance, postpartum mothers may experience stress urinary incontinence during activities like laughing or coughing due to weakened pelvic floor muscles that can no longer control bowel and bladder functions effectively.
Pelvic Restoration focuses on addressing pelvic instability and incomplete closure, which often cause discomfort in the lower back and pubic region, asymmetry in the shoulders or legs, and changes in posture such as a protruding abdomen.
Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation aims to strengthen the contraction ability of the pelvic floor muscles, enhancing their support for pelvic organs and improving overall control and function.
Pelvic restoration and pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation are not exclusively for postpartum women. Any woman experiencing pelvic misalignment or pelvic floor muscle laxity should seek timely treatment.
Acupuncture
1) Traditional Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It uses needling, may combine cupping therapy to target meridians, acupuncture points in human body. Acupuncture is effective to treat many conditions such as: Headaches, muscle and joint pain, Respiratory disorders, Digestive disorders
2) Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling (FSN)
Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling (FSN), originated from Chinese traditional acupuncture,This procedure is performed by inserting a special trocar needle into the subcutaneous layer around the afflicted spot to achieve the desired effect. FSN place more emphasis on the modern scientific neurophysiology and anatomy. This makes FSN a modern form of acupuncture to some extent. Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling (FSN) therapy involves only shallow needling under the skin, making it safer than other acupuncture methods, with no side effects. Since there are relatively fewer blood vessels and nerve endings in the subcutaneous fascia, the treatment is almost painless or only mildly uncomfortable. For conditions that are indicated for FSN therapy, most patients experience “immediate results” after treatment. The therapeutic effects are stable, and the recurrence rate is low.
• FSN indication:
ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis, tennis elbow, radial styloid tenosynovitis, lumbar disc herniation, chronic knee pain, ankle sprain, headache, insomnia, asthma, chronic cough, chest tightness, localized numbness, localized edema, cold hands and feet, mammary gland hyperplasia, diabetic foot, avascular necrosis of the femoral head, and bone changes (bone spurs, scoliosis, joint deformities, osteoporosis), among others.
3) Cosmetic Acupuncture
It is a non-invasive, holistic treatment that involves inserting fine, sterile needles into specific points on the face and body to improve skin health and promote a more youthful appearance. It is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which aims to balance the body's energy, or "Qi," to promote overall wellness.
Key benefits of cosmetic acupuncture:
• Reduces wrinkles and fine lines by stimulating collagen production.
• Improves skin texture by increasing blood circulation to the face, enhancing natural radiance.
• Promotes skin elasticity to lift and firm sagging skin.
• Minimizes puffiness by improving lymphatic drainage.
• Reduces acne and other skin conditions through its anti-inflammatory effects.
Cosmetic acupuncture is often seen as a natural alternative to Botox or fillers, offering facial rejuvenation without chemicals or surgery.
4) Advanced Facial Regenerative Acupuncture
Direct and precise, the needle is applied to the superficial fascial layer of the face, rapidly and effectively triggering the body's powerful repair mechanisms, achieving the restoration and establishment of effective blood circulation and tissue metabolism. It is based on the principles of safety, naturalness, health, and lasting effects, guided by traditional Chinese medicine theory, and allows for self-repair without the need for surgical procedures or injections. It can effectively eliminate:
• wrinkles,
• acne scars,
• under-eye bags,
• double chins,
• Define the jawline.
• Facial lifting
• Facial whitening
• Neck hump
• Shoulder slimming
• Belly slimming
